The Fine Print:
- Agreement lasts for a period of one year and then pricing returns to standard pricing.
- For monthly billing: If billing fails 3 times within 3 days you will have to supply an alternative method of payment. If payment is not made within 7 days, the full amount will become due with no further requirement to provide service.
- Updates include the following:
- Changes to featured items on the template and store front
- Any changes to the terms and conditions and text on the custom pages as supplied by the client.
- Amendments to the store categories
- Changes to any images on the store front / item template but not moving or changing the structure of the template.
- All the images must be supplied by the client using the required pixel / image size
- The update dates will be spread evenly through the year. Two weeks prior to the date we will require details of the changes and we will then implement during that two week period.
- If the information is not given prior to update date then you forfeit the update at that time with no refund.
